1. Choose a furniture design
Review the material, finish, price indication and minimum quantity. Check the overall height, width and depth, internal storage dimensions and intended use in the written specification before confirming a purchase.
2. Confirm your space and access
Measure the room, doorways, stairs, lift and entry route. Mention the delivery floor, lift availability and any narrow passages. Delivery to the building, delivery to the room, unloading and assembly are different services; the quotation should say what is included.
3. Approve the quotation
Confirm material thickness, finish, colour, quantity, dimensions, any accessories, taxes, packing, transport, installation and production lead time in writing. Custom fabrication begins only after the agreed specification and payment terms are accepted.
4. Payment and production
Online payment is not active. The Order Now overlay is a preview: continuing does not send the form, create an order or collect money. The final payment process will be published when it is ready.
5. Delivery, inspection and care
Inspect the packaging and furniture promptly. Photograph any visible transit damage and retain the invoice and packaging while the issue is assessed. Follow the supplied assembly, wall-anchoring, load and care instructions. Keep unprotected iron furniture dry; outdoor suitability must be confirmed for the specific finish.
